Smart Blood Sugar is claimed to focus on total glucose load instead of the traditional glycemic index, which can help your body use “stored energy” to keep your energy levels up, prevent insulin resistance, and decrease the demand placed on your pancreas. Because of this, Smart Blood Sugar claims that it’s not a diet, but “a way of moving and eating that lasts a lifetime.”
